Registration

Due to the limited number of places available, registration for the conference is currently open exclusively to accepted authors of contributions. All accepted authors received their notification of acceptance together with the registration link on 31 January.

Further information will be provided if and when additional places become available.

  • The full conference fee includes the conference programme for three days and the welcome reception and conference dinner as well as lunches and coffee/tea each day.
  • The full conference fees (non-member categories) include ECSB membership for a year.
  • If you have a valid ECSB membership, you are entitled to the member fee. You can check your membership status by contacting the ECSB secretariat on info@ecsb.org.
  • PDW Day fee includes the conference programme and lunch + coffee/tea on Wednesday 21 May and welcome reception on Wednesday evening.

Cancellation policy

Registrations cancelled more than three weeks prior to the event (by 30 April 2026) will receive a 100% refund. Registrations cancelled less than three weeks prior to the event (1 May 2026 or later) will not be refunded.
