3E 2026 Conference – ECSB Entrepreneurship Education Conference

Bodø offers a wide range of different hotels, from conference hotels to boutique hotels. In Norway we don´t operate with a star rating system, but almost every hotel in Bodø offers the service and quality of 4-star hotels. We have made special rates for the main conference hotel, Quality Hotel Ramsalt, and with Radisson Blu Hotel Bodø, please find instructions for use at the hotel description.  We also have suggested some other options for your convenience.

Quality Hotel Ramsalt is the official venue and main conference hotel for 3E 2026. Situated right on the waterfront in central Bodø, the hotel combines modern Nordic design with beautiful views, a vibrant atmosphere, and excellent facilities for both business and leisure.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms, a popular restaurant and bar, and well-equipped meeting and conference space, making it the perfect base for your 3E experience. It is also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the harbor promenade.

A brand-new sauna and heated outdoor pool facility will open on the harbor promenade just in front of the hotel during the fall of 2025. With panoramic views of the sea and mountains, this area will offer the perfect way to relax before or after a full day of academic discussions.

Valid for stay between 19-22 May 2026 (limited to 120 rooms, available on a first-come, first-served basis)

• Single room: 1120 NOK per night (incl. breakfast)
• Double room: 1320 NOK per night (incl. breakfast)

The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the waterfront promenade, making it an ideal base for both academic engagement and leisure.

Special Conference Rate

Valid for stays between 17–22 May 2026 (limited availability, first-come, first-served):

• Single room: 1 100 NOK per night (incl. breakfast)

The rates offered include VAT, coffee/tea facilities, in-room safe, TV with screen mirroring, and wireless internet. A supplement for double rooms is NOK 200 per room per night.

Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 12:00 PM.

Reservations can only be made through the website and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Any changes must be made by the guest directly on the website. The final deadline for cancellation is 7 days prior to arrival. After this, the reservation will be charged in full. It will not be possible to arrange invoicing for these reservations.
